**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor agricultural and livestock activities;
* Supervise field teams, operators, technicians, and service providers;
* Ensure correct implementation of management practices, planting, harvesting, input application, machine calibration, and soil and water conservation;
* Monitor production, quality, and operational cost indicators;
* Manage annual farm budgets;
* Conduct procurement, inventory control, supplier settlements, and operational cash flow monitoring;
* Prepare periodic technical and economic performance reports;
* Promote workplace safety and compliance with labor regulations;
* Ensure compliance with environmental, labor, and sanitary legislation;
* Implement sustainability best practices, certifications, and georeferencing;
* Represent farms before public agencies, notaries, suppliers, customers, and the local community;
* Maintain relationships with technical consultants, agronomists, veterinarians, forestry engineers, and other strategic partners.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or Business Administration;
* Knowledge of agricultural machinery, input procurement, and production delivery;
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing medium- or large-scale rural properties.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, cost control, and crop or production planning.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery management and maintenance, production planning and control, basic accounting, and financial control.
