INVENTORY ASSISTANT

Job Summary: Assist in operational processes, inventory management, stock control, and audits, ensuring the integrity of logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in identifying improvements and inventory control **Requirements:** --------------- What are the requirements? • Completed High School education; • Knowledge in Logistics; • Experience with inventory, warehousing, and stock control routines; • Basic knowledge of material verification and product handling; • Experience with data collectors and WMS systems is desirable; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; • Organization, attention to detail, and information control; • Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures; • Commitment to Safety, Quality, and HSE standards; • Availability to work in an operational/logistics environment.**Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Among your main responsibilities, you will: • Assist in operational processes as needed, performing receiving, sorting, rework, and other operational tasks; • Assist in verifying the use of PPE and operational safety conditions; • Conduct on-site cyclic inventory counts; • Perform traceability of storage locations and LPNs to identify stock discrepancies; • Assist in audits of inbound and outbound cargo; • Unlock Count Back when blocks occur during the sorting process; • Perform storage location/address checks; • Monitor damages recorded during the shift; • Assist operations in resolving inventory-related issues; • Assist in conducting periodic inventories; • Support internal controls necessary to ensure inventory integrity; • Follow operational procedures and comply with HSE, Quality, and Radar Program standards; • Adhere to the DHL Supply Chain Code of Conduct; • Assist in investigating customer complaints and reported discrepancies; • Segregate non-conforming products per established procedures; • Support inventory movement control and system adjustments when required; • Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; • Support identification of improvement opportunities in inventory processes; • Complete operational controls and records related to the area; • Support operational teams with requests related to stock control and accuracy.**About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is the global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
