We are looking for a Pizza Assistant with prior experience in pizzerias or pasta kitchens, who is already familiar with daily operational routines and demonstrates efficiency. ?? Key Responsibilities: Assist in dough stretching and pizza assembly Organize and restock supplies on the production floor Support filling preparation and pre\-preparation Monitor expiration dates and organize the cold storage room Maintain cleanliness and standards at the workstation Assist the pizzaiolo and chef during peak hours Note: It is essential that the candidate has convenient access to the location due to the late departure time.
