Prior kitchen experience is required A confectionery shop in Curitiba is seeking a Kitchen Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing cakes, desserts, and sweets. Cut, wash, and portion ingredients. Help assemble and finish products. Organize and sanitize utensils, countertops, and equipment. Separate ingredients according to production needs. Properly control and store supplies. Support pastry chefs in daily tasks. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous roles such as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
