Maintain hygiene and comply with food safety regulations A pasta shop in Campo Largo (Downtown) is seeking a Kitchen Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing fresh pasta and fillings. Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients. Support plating dishes and portioning pasta. Sanitize food items, utensils, and equipment. Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean. Assist in cooking and finalizing dishes. Organize ingredient inventory. Check product expiration dates and quality. Restock ingredients used in production. Assist with customer service when necessary. Follow recipes and instructions from the chef or cook. Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of these duties. High school diploma required.
