We are looking for people who will join and strengthen our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Support Facilities department routines, contributing to the organization, operation, and maintenance of corporate environments, ensuring efficient internal support.** * Support handling internal requests by opening and tracking service tickets. * Assist in obtaining service quotations and purchases, supporting the department in supplier analysis. * Support organizing corporate travel (airfare, accommodation, and transportation). * Assist in monitoring facility maintenance requests, contributing to optimal space functionality. * Support fleet control and transportation requests. * Assist in purchasing and managing office and pantry/kitchen supplies. * Support organizing and managing meeting rooms. * Assist in invoice control and sending payment-related information. * Support document organization and mail dispatch.
