Job Mission Perform installation, documentation, and maintenance activities for basic software and data communication systems within the unit, ensuring optimal operation of the working environment and communication networks. In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: Configure and operate local equipment and systems; Ensure security of equipment, Information Technology services, and stored data; Apply content control policies defined by the Marista Group; Provide technical support to users for their operational requests; Perform physical network maintenance and configuration (cabling, cable crimping, switch maintenance and organization); Carry out equipment maintenance (reformatting, configuration, component replacement, and system updates); Ensure proper disposal of electronic equipment; Guarantee appropriate operation of data network, videoconferencing, and telephony infrastructure; Keep network and work procedure documentation up to date; Support the technical team in equipment modification or upgrade needs; Support management in controlling electronic assets; Live and promote Marist spirituality and the Marist Educational Mission, committing to its institutional principles; Maintain equipment, instruments, and the workplace in good condition, including upkeep and cleaning; Foster a healthy and collaborative professional environment. **Academic Qualifications and Requirements:** Completed Technical Course in Information Technology; Completed High School education; A higher education degree in Information Technology is considered an advantage; Previous experience in technology and technical support; Advanced knowledge of technology and networking; Additional Information We seek individuals who believe in the power of education and the strength of human relationships.
