Scheduling and organizing class events We are looking for a Customer Success professional responsible for delivering a positive and comprehensive experience to students. The ideal candidate should be communicative, proactive, customer-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to ensure student satisfaction at every stage of their journey. **Responsibilities:** * Provide online support to students, addressing their questions and offering guidance. * Monitor and support each student’s journey on the learning platform. * Support on the learning platform, maintaining organized schedules and timetables. * Generate class links and maintain event organization according to the schedule. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and the Internet. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ability to handle customer service demands. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h12 lunch break **Compensation:** * Fixed CLT salary R$1\.900,00
