Develop and implement improvements to increase reliability **About the Role:** We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of assets. This professional will assume a strategic role, serving as the team’s technical reference and supporting the resolution of complex problems and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment Diagnose complex failures (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) Conduct root cause analysis (recurrent breakdowns) Develop and implement improvements to increase reliability Monitor and reduce maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability) Support the development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans Perform fine adjustments and calibrations of equipment Provide technical support to production with rapid response to failures Participate in the installation and start-up of new equipment Guide and support less experienced technicians and mechanics Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Record interventions in maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP) **Requirements** Completed technical course in: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields Solid experience in industrial maintenance Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams Experience with industrial machinery (CNC machines, bending machines, robots, presses, etc.) . **Opportunity Description:** **Job Area:** **Maintenance**: automation, electricity, industrial maintenance, mechanics **Experience Level:** Technician **Employment Type:** CLT **PCD Exclusive:** No **Work Location:** Santa Cândida, Curitiba - PR **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; On-site meals; Life insurance; Private pension plan; Health insurance; Dental assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Food allowance of BRL 364.00; **Salary:** To be negotiated **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education Level:** Technician / Not applicable **Relevant Courses:** . **Computer Skills:** **Mobility:** On-site work,
