Operational support for credit account processes #### **About the position:** A professional responsible for promoting the company's financial products and services, ensuring consultative and customer experience-oriented service. Works directly on the sales floor, assisting with prospecting, client engagement, and offering credit solutions, as well as providing operational support for credit account-related processes. #### **Main responsibilities:** Provide customer service by presenting and promoting available financial products and services (credit accounts, cards, and payment solutions). Engage customers on the sales floor, identifying needs and opportunities for offerings. Open credit accounts in accordance with internal policies and approval criteria. Clarify customer inquiries regarding payment terms, credit limits, installment plans, and credit account rules. Monitor and encourage adoption of financial products, contributing to store performance goals. Perform registrations, data updates, and verification of documentation required for financial procedures. Support the credit account department with operational requests and service flow management. Ensure organization of the work area and compliance with customer service and information security standards. #### **Desired qualifications (preferred):** Completed high school education. Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to serve the public. Persuasive ability and capability to conduct consultative sales. Basic computer and registration system knowledge. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related areas is a plus.
