Equipment configuration and incident documentation Network Analyst N1 Position Description The Network Analyst N1 will be responsible for providing technical support for the company's network infrastructure, assisting with monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution. Responsibilities * Monitor the network * Identify and resolve connectivity issues * Configure and install network equipment * Conduct network performance testing * Document procedures and incidents Requirements * Experience with computer networks * Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Ability to work in a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Network certification (preferred)
