Objective communication of critical incidents Monitoring Support Technician 12x36 shift schedule for night work from 6 PM to 6 AM \* The professional will be responsible for continuous monitoring of IT and security environments, ensuring availability, integrity, and performance of monitored services and assets. \* Perform 24x7 environment monitoring using supervision tools (SIEM, Zabbix, Grafana, etc.); \* Identify, classify, and log security or infrastructure events and incidents; \* Escalate incidents to higher levels (N2/N3\) when necessary; \* Track incident resolution processes to ensure SLA compliance; \* Create, update, and close tickets; \* Communicate critical incidents clearly and objectively; \* Identify anomalous behaviors and potential threats; Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
