Your journey starts here! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record regulatory data in the company's academic systems * Record data on government websites * Perform SQL queries on specific databases * Download, organize, and store information from internal systems and external websites * Conduct basic data analysis * Prepare and present data analysis reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Combine and analyze data from multiple Excel spreadsheets * Update Power BI dashboards * Stay updated on current educational legislation * Prepare reports * Support and assist internal clients on matters within the scope of this department **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Technology fields such as Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Database Management, Data Science, or related areas. * Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language): Ability to write basic queries (SELECT, FROM, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, JOINs). Capability to extract data from different tables, filter information, and perform simple aggregations. Basic understanding of how data is stored and organized in relational databases. * Logical and analytical reasoning, data analysis skills, ability to break down problems, identify patterns, and draw data-driven conclusions. * Ability to identify data inconsistencies, diagnose errors, and propose effective solutions.
