




Job Summary: IT Support Technician Level 3 responsible for installation, maintenance, and configuration of IT infrastructure, user support, systems, and networks. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on problem resolution and process documentation IT Support Technician Level 3 \- Install, maintain, and configure equipment (workstations, telephones, printers, and monitors); \- Provide user support for operating systems, hardware, and general software; \- Proficiency in DVR and NVR systems, including camera system adjustment and maintenance; \- Resolve printer configuration, installation, and maintenance issues; \- Resolve potential Wi-Fi, Intelbras, and Ubiquiti-related issues; \- Handle Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support requests via GLPI; \- Knowledge of Zebra data collectors; \- Cable routing and termination; \- Knowledge of Photoshop; \- Knowledge of and ability to maintain the physical infrastructure of the Data Center (CPD), servers, cabling, and Nobreck; \- Create and maintain user access permissions on servers, antivirus, telephony, and email systems; \- Responsible for personnel management within the organizational AD and Apache structures; \- Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers; \- VPN creation and management; \- Manage the company's network infrastructure; \- Database knowledge; \- Maintain inventory of IT spare parts; \- Create users in the company's internal system and perform basic ERP Senior maintenance; \- Document IT processes; \- Assist the IT team with daily tasks; \- Be "hands-on" and proactive in resolving daily issues; Compensation: starting from R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
