Position: HR Analyst – Termination Focus Location: Fanny Neighborhood – Curitiba/PR Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (100% on-site) About the Position: A professional responsible for termination calculations and verifications, issuance of documentation, audits, and support to business units, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Responsibilities: \* Full termination calculations; \* Issuance and verification of TRCT, GRRF, access key, and SD; \* Validation in Senior System; \* Verification of vacation, 13th salary, banked hours, and other entitlements; vacation; \* Monitoring of statutory deadlines; \* Reporting and support to business units.
