Support for finance/collection department routines We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to join our collections team. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and in person \* Issuing invoices and negotiating debts \* Delinquency control and payment tracking \* Database updating and administrative reporting \* Support for finance/collection department routines **Requirements:** \* Completed high school education \* Basic computer/ spreadsheet skills \* Strong communication and negotiation skills \* Organizational ability and accountability \* Minimum 1 year of experience in the field **We Offer:** \* Salary $2\.025,00 \* Transportation allowance \* Meal voucher \* Commission opportunity after gaining experience Work location: Downtown Curitiba.
