We provide software development and IT consulting services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and building systems. Diagnose and resolve equipment failures, ensuring minimal downtime. Carry out tasks related to the routine duties of a Building Maintenance Technician. Position requires on-site work in Curitiba / PR. Previous experience as a Building Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Specialist, Building Maintenance Supervisor, or Building Maintenance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Completed elementary education required.
