Your Responsibilities: * Master sewing techniques; understand cutting and pattern-making; * Operate straight-stitch sewing machines, overlock machines, blind-stitch machines, and/or other machines as required by production; * Assemble, close, and finish apparel items according to established patterns and standards; * Follow technical instructions and quality specifications; * Inspect sewn items to ensure visual and dimensional standards; * Perform minor repairs and adjustments on garments when necessary; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and machines; * Meet production deadlines and established targets; * Report any defects, failures, or difficulties in the process to leadership; * Collaborate within the team and maintain positive relationships with other production departments.
