If you want to work for a multinational, diverse company that values its people, we have an opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for operating production processes, verification, inspection, and filling of cylinders, baskets, and VGL (liquid gas vessels), through equipment handling in factory production areas, in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, meeting established requirements. Loading and verification of customer vehicles, routes, and supplies, as well as internal product movement using electric forklifts or pallet jacks. Also responsible for analyzing medical and industrial products and controlling inventory through rotating and annual inventories. Support maintenance of the integrated management system (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\). Perform filling of industrial and medical cylinders, baskets, and VGL, recording all required data in reports according to quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as scheduled. * Maintain the operational workplace clean and organized. * Fulfill distribution-scheduled orders on time and in required quantities to satisfy internal and external customers’ needs. * Ensure that filling station equipment (o\-rings, flexible hoses, swivel joints), gas purifiers, vacuum pumps, cryogenic pumps, and compressors operate within pre\-established quality and safety standards. * Keep analytical equipment calibrated to comply with existing quality plans. * Perform classification, separation, and full inspection (sorting) of cylinders, baskets, and VGL. * Conduct external cylinder inspections, identifying essential parameters for approval or rejection of filling, as well as odor and hammer tests; * Verify routes, supplies, and customer vehicles. * Conduct periodic inventories of cylinders, baskets, and materials to ensure physical inventory matches system inventory (SAP). * Perform separation and assembly of loads and loading using forklifts and pallet jacks; * Comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies, and support maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\) — with initiatives for continuous and sustainable improvement; * Strictly comply with established safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices for chemicals, cylinders, baskets, and VGL; * Participate in training and development programs offered by the company to enhance technical skills, process knowledge, and safety awareness. · Guarantee product specifications using available resources, minimizing costs and adhering to established technical specifications in accordance with quality and safety standards. · Perform batch analysis for medical and industrial products prior to customer shipment, following specific standard operating procedures for each area. · Conduct batch analysis and record results in the appropriate data system.
