**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide nursing assistance to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional medicine examinations and procedures;
* Perform patient admission, preparation, and release for diagnostic and interventional medicine examinations and procedures;
* Participate in and contribute to updating clinical protocols and monitoring departmental performance indicators;
* Ensure quality of nursing care and patient safety;
* Collaborate in scheduling and departmental routine management;
* Understand significant environmental aspects and impacts related to hazards and risks within your area;
* Act in accordance with institutional conduct and security policies;
* Promote systematic prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections and communicable diseases in general;
* Perform and develop activities consistent with the role of Nursing Technician and support nurses in patient care;
* Participate in and engage with initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience;
* Carry out other duties inherent to the work process and as requested by the immediate manager.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in clinics and hospitals within the diagnostic medicine sector.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Nursing Technician training
* Active Nursing Technician registration with COREN-PR
* Prior experience as a Nursing Technician in Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
