This opportunity is intended for professionals with high-volume recruitment and selection experience. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Drafting and aligning job descriptions with managers; * Posting opportunities on platforms such as Pandapé and social media; * Screening resumes; * Conducting interviews; * Evaluating candidates and preparing assessment reports for managers; * Providing feedback to candidates; * Monitoring recruitment and selection metrics; * Tracking turnover and absenteeism metrics; * Supporting termination processes; * Adjusting attendance records; * Clarifying payroll-related questions for employees. ### **✅ Requirements:** * Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * HR metrics knowledge is desirable. Availability to work onsite in the Batel region.
