Job Summary: Rede Taisho is seeking a committed and proactive Maintenance Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, perform minor repairs, and assist in facility upkeep. If you enjoy hands-on work, pay attention to detail, and feel fulfilled seeing the tangible results of your work on a daily basis, this opportunity may be right for you. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting **preventive and corrective maintenance** activities at the unit; * Performing **minor electrical, hydraulic, and structural repairs**; * Replacing light bulbs, making adjustments, performing painting tasks, and carrying out minor repairs; * Assisting in the preservation and proper functioning of equipment and facilities; * Supervising service providers when necessary; * Keeping tools, materials, and the workplace organized; * Identifying maintenance needs and reporting them to the responsible team. **What we expect from you:** * Prior experience in maintenance is preferred; * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or building maintenance; * Commitment, responsibility, and organizational skills; * Willingness to work collaboratively and handle various daily demands; * A valid Category B driver's license is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. **Job Details** * **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off * Work ***1 Sunday*** per month * **Days Off:** 1 day off per week * **Hour Bank System** **Benefits** * Meals provided on-site; * Transportation allowance; * Pluxee grocery voucher worth **R$ 110.00**; * Union agreement (**Sindhotéis**); * **13th-month salary**; * **Birthday day off**.
