Resource management and optimization of food consumption **HOSPITAL SANTA CASA IS HIRING A DIETITIAN!** This position is also available for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed Bachelor's Degree – Major: Nutrition Fully completed vaccination schedule Hospital experience **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop technical manuals, LTPS (practical trainings), work routines, and prescriptions; * Plan and organize all departmental activities; * Monitor patient meal distribution; * Train staff to maintain service quality; * Supervise cafeteria, kitchen, and dining room activities; * Control equipment usage and maintenance; * Monitor food and other material consumption, ensuring optimal utilization; * Supervise patient meal identification and preparation to ensure flawless execution; * Plan procurement of supplies for Uniica and Hospital units; * Propose cost-reduction strategies for the unit; * Safeguard departmental documents and materials, ensuring their retention within the department/unit; * Maintain confidentiality of medical records and other institutional documents under their custody; * Assist in managing economic and financial resources of the Food and Nutrition Unit; * Supervise the team and its activities; * Develop menus according to patient and staff dining needs; * Draft and review quality documents; * Monitor meal delivery to patients. **BENEFITS:** Meal Allowance: BRL 738.00 – no payroll deduction On-site meals Health Insurance Dental Insurance Transportation Voucher WellHub ESG Policy and Health & Wellness Initiatives Maternity Kit / Gestar Bem Program Birthday Day Off Consignment Loan: available after one year of employment Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
