Job Summary: Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring human and organizational development initiatives, promoting employee training, engagement, and continuous improvement. Engages in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems Responsibilities Plan, implement, and monitor human and organizational development initiatives to promote employee training, engagement, and continuous improvement, aligned with the company's culture and strategic objectives. 1\. Analyze and promote improvements in Human Resources processes related to organizational development; 2\. Organize and manage internal and external development training plans; 3\. Map job and team competencies to identify training actions; 4\. Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems; 5\. Monitor and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and evaluation cycles; 6\. Monitor technical training and personal development activities; 7\. Keep internal communication channels updated (e-mail, bulletin boards, etc.); 8\. Monitor and support initiatives to strengthen and disseminate organizational culture. Requirements and Qualifications: Knowledge of training and development methodologies; Experience with performance evaluation and competency-based management; Proficiency in internal communication tools; Familiarity with HR metrics and organizational climate management; Knowledge of quality management systems and HR processes. Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
