Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there are no limits to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine at BP as an HR Analyst in the Culture and Leadership Management team?** * Monitor daily employee requests related to service delivery and employee experience, ensuring active listening, proper logging, appropriate routing, and follow-up aligned with internal guidelines and processes. * Track service-level agreement (SLA) deadlines, ensuring timely resolution and response to employees within established timeframes. * Prepare reports and consolidate data on handled requests, supporting indicator tracking and identifying improvement opportunities. * Drive follow-up actions from recurring issues, contributing to enhancements in the employee journey and experience. * Support initiatives aimed at strengthening the employee experience—resolving day-to-day issues and assisting leaders when needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to join us?** * Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of HR metrics; * Prior experience in HR activities, conflict management, and employee support; * Strong public speaking ability, professional demeanor, and clear, assertive communication; * Analytical capability and sound decision-making skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in the field; * Certifications or knowledge of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance: BRL 31.00 per workday; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * WellHub; * Birthday “day off”; * “Just dress, no code”; * Career development plan; **Additional benefits after probation period:** * Dental assistance; * Multi-benefit card.
