A transportation company seeks a Branch Manager in Curitiba (CIC). Sete Lagos is a company operating in the tourism and leisure sector, offering unique experiences immersed in nature. With a focus on sustainability, it promotes activities that connect people with the environment. **Responsibilities:** Manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency in cargo pickup, transfer, and distribution processes. Supervise operational and administrative teams (shipping, customer service, drivers, inspection, etc.). Monitor performance indicators (on-time delivery, cargo damage, productivity, operational costs). Ensure achievement of company-established targets and quality standards. Manage unit costs, seeking resource optimization and expense reduction. Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, applicable legislation, and internal procedures. Serve as liaison with corporate departments (sales, logistics, finance, and HR). Develop and engage the team by promoting training and continuous improvement. Resolve operational issues and handle strategic customers. Position based in Curitiba / PR. Previous experience as Branch Supervisor, Unit Coordinator, Branch Director, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
