This role requires strong analytical ability, commercial insight, and communication skills to interact effectively across departments and with partners, ensuring operational profitability and standardization per MadeiraMadeira’s policies. Additionally, you will execute and enhance billing activities related to reverse collection partners, ensuring efficiency, control, and compliance across all processes. You will serve as a key liaison between Reverse Logistics, Finance, Operations, and B2B Buyers, focusing on maximizing the value of returned products, minimizing losses, and ensuring efficient and sustainable processes. **Work Model:** Hybrid **Location:** Curitiba, Paraná Responsibilities: **✨Activities You Will Lead:*** Support pricing of non-conforming products, following MadeiraMadeira’s cost policy guidelines; * Support billing processes for products collected by partners; * Contribute to negotiations with B2B buyers, respecting profitability criteria and alignment with company strategy; * Support issuance of sales invoices for negotiated products, ensuring compliance and billing agility; * Support inventory management and control of non-conforming products in coordination with logistics operations; * Assist in tracking the entire process—including pricing, negotiation, billing, and logistics scheduling for collections; * Contribute to improving and standardizing commercial and operational processes through analysis and improvement suggestions; * Support monthly reporting of negotiation and sales results, ensuring visibility for leadership; * Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards with KPIs such as profitability, buyer performance, and negotiation effectiveness; * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and support relationships with units and partner buyers.
