**Description:**

We are seeking a professional to support the administrative routines of the regulatory area, ensuring process organization and control, as well as proper office functioning.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Execute office administrative routines, including material control, contracts, payments, correspondence, and general services.
* Perform control, organization, and archiving of physical and digital documents.
* Register contracts and payments with the finance department and provide support for regulatory process progress.
* Manage calendars, meetings, events, and other activities to be conducted at the Curitiba offices, when necessary.
* Handle relationships with suppliers and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, internet, telecommunications, etc.).
* Request, track, and control purchases of office supplies and consumables.
* Prepare administrative reports and maintain updated internal controls;
* Enter and keep data and information up to date in internal systems (Seleya and network), ensuring file organization and integrity.
* Control protocols and monitor regulatory agency processes;
* Ensure workplace organization, maintenance, and optimal operational functionality.
* Support other company departments as required.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
* Experience in administrative routines and office management, with active involvement in structuring, improving, and controlling administrative processes, ensuring organization, operational efficiency, and deadline compliance.
* Experience in financial routines, including entries, payment control, contracts, and interaction with the finance department.
* Experience in supplier and service provider relationship and management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Organized and proactive profile, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and supporting various company departments while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
