Real opportunity for professional growth Below are the details: Position: STORE ASSISTANT Daily Responsibilities: * In-person and WhatsApp customer service * Sales and product recommendations * Store, inventory, and shelf organization * Labeling and verifying product prices * Receiving and inspecting merchandise * Restocking products in sales areas * Cashier organization (change, shopping bags, opening and closing procedures) * Contacting previous customers (CRM and WhatsApp) * Posting scheduled content on social media * Maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization * Daily product study to improve sales performance * General support for daily store operations Requirements: * Completed high school education * Proven experience in customer service and/or sales * Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease * Proactivity, responsibility, and organizational skills * Basic computer literacy * Experience with social media and online sales (WhatsApp) * Employment stability in previous roles * Residing near the store (punctuality is essential) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with cleaning or household products * Aptitude for goal-oriented and consultative sales * Organized and agile profile * CRM knowledge * Interest in professional growth and career development * Commitment (no absences or tardiness) Work Location: Sitio Cercado\- Curitiba Starting Salary: 2\.058,00 • Transportation allowance • Meal allowance: R$ 25.00/day (card) (VT and VR per day worked) * Attendance bonus: R$ 100.00 in store products after probation period * Real opportunity for advancement to Sales Associate and Store Manager Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: until 5:00 PM * Banked hours (average of 3 to 4 hours accumulated weekly) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
