Job Summary: Perform operations in Biological Packaging, carrying out productive, organizational, and cleaning activities, and assisting in the operation of equipment and systems. Key Highlights: 1. Work in compliance with quality and safety standards **Brief Description:** Perform operations in Biological Packaging, carrying out productive, organizational, and cleaning activities, and assisting in the operation of equipment and systems. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in handling raw materials for use in liquid/turf-based packaging; * Count bags during packaging; * Complete process checklists, recording necessary information for product traceability; * Homogenize turf-based inoculant; * Assist in sterilization procedures for packaging lines; * Assist in performing preventive maintenance to prevent contamination on packaging machines, flow modules, and packaging lines; * Perform packaging using semi-automatic machines; * Package turf-based inoculant with the assistance of a peristaltic pump; * Conduct weighing and replenishment using sterile peat bags or packages; * Assist in CIP (Clean-in-Place, a chemical cleaning method for internal pipeline washing) procedures on transfer lines; * Work in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental standards.
