Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining common areas—including indoor, outdoor, and leisure areas—of the condominium, as well as staff facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and organizing indoor and outdoor areas 2. Maintaining common leisure areas 3. Assisting team-based periodic cleaning activities MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 SATURDAY: 07:30–11:30 SUNDAY: ON ROTATION The employee will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining common areas, including: **Indoor Areas** Perform general and preventive cleaning at the entrance lobby. Clean building blocks. Clean party halls. **Outdoor Areas** Clean the condominium’s external entrance and sidewalks. Sanitize handrails and pedestrian access points. Wash sidewalks. Sweep parking areas. **Leisure Areas** Clean common leisure areas (kiosks, tables, and chairs). Staff Facilities Clean internal support spaces used by staff: kitchen, men’s and women’s restrooms, and laundry room. Team-Based Activities Periodically wash interior and exterior glass surfaces (party halls, building blocks). Wash and sweep parking floor surfaces.
