Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing school facilities, restocking supplies, and maintaining facility upkeep, contributing to a harmonious environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating to foster a harmonious and respectful environment **Main Responsibilities** * Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, restrooms, courtyards, cafeterias, administrative areas, and other school facilities. * Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). * Collect and properly dispose of waste while keeping areas organized. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies used daily. * Assist in organizing spaces for school events when necessary. * Follow institutional hygiene, safety, and best practice guidelines. * Contribute to maintaining a harmonious, respectful, and welcoming environment aligned with the school's values. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in cleaning (preferably in schools, corporations, or large institutions). * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Respectful demeanor aligned with institutional values. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a school setting. * Basic knowledge of institutional cleaning products and routines. **Behavioral Competencies** * Commitment * Organization * Proactivity * Respect and courtesy in interactions with children and school staff Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.225,71 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Commuter allowance (Vale-transporte) Work Location: On-site
