The HR Assistant – Screening directly supports recruiters by organizing schedules, screening resumes, and ensuring the right candidates reach the right positions. If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the Recruitment & Selection team with interview scheduling and resume screening; * Assisting in job posting dissemination and organizing employability-focused events; * Conducting interviews in support of recruiters; * Attending to candidates and visitors, and organizing meeting rooms; * Administering satisfaction surveys and monitoring evaluations; * Building relationships with colleges, universities, technical courses, and labor unions; * Providing support on the SoluQRH system and responding to requests via WhatsApp and e-mail; * Receiving temporary employees and directing them to the HR Department; * Supporting administrative routines and the Executive Management as needed; * Ensuring office organization, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.
