Ensuring laboratory safety, cleanliness, and organization **Laboratory Technician in Curitiba/PR** **Salary:** R$ 2\.280,75 **Job Benefits:** Meal voucher or food allowance of R$775,52 \+ Transportation voucher \+ Parking \+ Institutional benefits **Working Hours:** 08:00 \- 12:00 / 17:30 \- 22:15, Monday to Friday **Job Responsibilities:** Practical activity support: separation, assembly, and testing of workbenches and experiments as requested by instructors. Tests and Experiments: supervise or conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to practical guidelines provided by instructors. Maintenance: ensure proper functioning of equipment; perform simple preventive maintenance; submit requests for scheduled maintenance; identify malfunctions of machines and equipment; and forward them for corrective maintenance. Supplies and Storage: manage consumable material inventory and organize these supplies in the storeroom following regulatory and institutional safety standards. Safety, Cleaning, and Preservation: ensure proper use of PPE; apply safety regulations and waste disposal procedures; organize laboratory spaces, cabinets, and workbenches; and maintain hygiene of premises. Documentation Management: organize, arrange, and archive class guidelines and equipment manuals. **Experience and Qualifications:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory practices; knowledge of laboratory safety regulations. Basic understanding of handling and management of solid and chemical waste.
