Job Summary: Marketing internship to support social media content monitoring and scheduling, follower engagement, and assistance in communication and innovation initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Support for endomarketing initiatives and material creation **Responsibilities:** * Duties and Responsibilities: * Monitor the monthly social media content calendar * Schedule content across social media platforms * Monitor engagement metrics and interact with followers on social media * Adapt communication according to each communication channel * Support endomarketing initiative development * Assist in creating client-facing campaigns * Assist in developing communication materials * Actively manage Instagram Stories per the content calendar * Participate in innovation project development * Support merchandising and visual identity initiatives * Capture and edit videos for social media **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, or Business Administration * Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) * Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools such as Excel * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus * Familiarity with video and image editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.) **Benefits:** * Internship stipend: R$ 1,200.00 * Transportation allowance: Provided via transportation card * Meal allowance / Food allowance: R$ 660.00 (symbolic deduction of R$ 1.00) * Unimed health insurance: No monthly premium; 50% co-payment per use * Dental insurance: Starting at R$ 17.00 (monthly deduction) * Life insurance: No deduction * Gympass: Discounted plans starting at R$ 39.90 Work Schedule: * 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Part-time, Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1,200.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have easy access to the CIC region?
