Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Operating Systems:** Advanced proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS for workstation and server administration, configuration, and maintenance. * **Networking and Connectivity:** Expertise in network configurations (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VLAN), including architecture, security, and optimization. * **Server Administration:** Ability to administer and optimize Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance. * **Information Security:** In-depth knowledge of information security, including policy implementation, intrusion prevention, access management, and backup routines. * **Hardware:** Solid understanding of hardware, including specification, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * **Productivity Systems and Applications:** Proficiency in productivity tools and systems such as ERPs and other mission-critical business applications. * **Standards and Procedures:** Familiarity with internal departmental standards and procedures, ensuring process compliance and standardization. * **Backup and Storage Systems:** Solid understanding of backup and file retention systems. * **Language:** Technical English fluency for research and documentation reading. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a higher education or technical degree in Information Technology. * Prior experience as an IT professional. * Verbal fluency and written communication skills.
