Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to collect, organize, and analyze ESG data; monitor ESG performance indicators; support the preparation of reports; and integrate ESG criteria into cross-functional processes. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** Collect, organize, and analyze ESG data from various internal and external sources; Monitor and track ESG performance indicators, including environmental, social, and governance data; Support the collection and monitoring of GHG inventory data; Assist in preparing the Annual ESG Report and contribute to disclosures aligned with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and others; Support completion of questionnaires from financial institutions and clients; Contribute to internal and external communication materials related to ESG performance; Conduct research on ESG trends, standards, best practices, regulations, and frameworks; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG criteria into diverse processes and projects; Support administrative and operational activities within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Basic understanding of ESG principles and frameworks, as well as corporate social and environmental impacts; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word); * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus. **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance plans; * PLR (Profit or Results Sharing); * Education assistance; Since its inception, Guararapes has been living proof of the power of vision, determination, and commitment.
