If you seek professional growth, a dynamic work environment, and the opportunity to join an industry-leading company, this position is for you! **Position: Junior Data Analyst \- Procurement** **Work Location:** Campina do Siqueira, Curitiba/PR (100% on-site). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. Responsible for providing procurement support through sector performance data, KPI monitoring, systemic and process improvement proposals, and direct collaboration with the IT team on new systemic projects. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze procurement data, consumption patterns, suppliers, pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other departmental KPIs. * Develop dashboards, dynamic spreadsheets, reports, and KPIs to support the department and leadership in data visualization and decision-making. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and KPIs that deliver results for both the department and the company. * Support leadership and procurement specialists in analyses and strategic decisions. * Automate reports to optimize time and ensure data reliability. * Monitor improvement initiatives for the department in coordination with the IT team. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, dynamic spreadsheets, macros, VBA, and Qlik Sense. * Experience with TOTVS ERP (Protheus) is considered a plus. * Familiarity with financial routines, accounting, invoices, taxes, and financial mathematics. * Strong logical and analytical reasoning, attention to numerical detail, and effective communication skills for presentations and data dissemination. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Meal voucher * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Wellhub * Pharmacy network agreement * Cashback program We strongly encourage applications from People with Disabilities across all our opportunities.
