Does this opportunity align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Propose, plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate cultural projects and initiatives, with a focus on art\-education; * Serve university students, basic education students, and other audiences visiting PUCPR’s cultural facilities either spontaneously or by appointment, while also developing strategies for audience engagement and mobilization; * Conduct cultural mediations, assisting people in understanding artworks featured in exhibitions, various applied artistic techniques, collections, and the University’s cultural heritage; * Prepare and lead art\-education workshops, exploring diverse visual arts techniques and other artistic languages; * Identify, hire, and support other artists and art\-educators for workshop implementation; * Conduct research and pedagogical planning to support cultural mediations and workshops, in collaboration with the team in the area; * Contribute to the development of educational materials; * Structure budgets and monitor financial execution of projects under responsibility, managing supplier relationships and procurement and purchasing processes according to institutional policies; * Draft image and voice usage authorization forms and other necessary documentation to ensure proper project execution; * Contribute to writing cultural projects for resource acquisition through incentive laws or direct sponsorship; * Collect evaluations, record and analyze data, prepare reports, and present information in a structured and accurate manner; * Provide general support for activities promoted by PUCPR Cultura; * Monitor trends and identify opportunities for innovation and synergy with other University areas and the local artistic circuit. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in fields related to art, culture, and education; * Experience in cultural mediation or educational activities in cultural spaces; * Knowledge of artistic techniques and art history; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups; * Proactivity, creativity, and openness to continuous learning. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, offering medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly premium deductions from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free monthly consultations * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is built upon multiple factors.
