Responsibilities: * Deliver personalized customer service; * Identify customer needs and recommend optimal solutions for lenses and frames; * Explain key differentiators of the optical shop’s products and services; * Assist with store organization and inventory control; * Conduct post-sale follow-up and customer retention; * Support order verification and goods receipt. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior sales experience in the optical industry; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and proactivity; * Proficiency with technology (sales systems and social media). Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience working in optical stores; * Knowledge of ophthalmic and solar lenses; * Basic understanding of fashion and facial aesthetics.
