Job Summary: The Production Planning and Control (PPC) Analyst is responsible for production planning and control, performing support tasks, data management, cross-departmental communication, and documentation to ensure material flow and achievement of targets. Organization, proactivity, and analytical ability * Position\* Production Planning and Control Analyst * Daily Responsibilities\* Includes supporting production planning and control activities, such as entering data into systems (ERP, Excel), monitoring raw material inventory, issuing production orders, tracking deadlines, generating reports, communicating with other departments (sales, production), and ensuring proper flow of materials and information to meet delivery targets—requiring organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Requirements\* Technical Skills: Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems; Profile: Organization, proactivity, strong communication skills, teamwork, and analytical ability are essential; Education: Technical or undergraduate degrees in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering) are preferred; * Responsibilities\*: Production Control: Monitor manufacturing orders, track material inventory, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient resource utilization; Planning Support: Assist in developing schedules, entering data into spreadsheets and systems (ERP), and updating information; Data Management: Input production data into spreadsheets (Excel) and management software, create charts and control reports; Communication: Serve as liaison among procurement, production, sales, and logistics departments to ensure material supply and on-time deliveries; Documentation: Generate and organize documents such as work orders and invoices, and register products and technical specifications. * Work Location\*: Hauer / Curitiba, PR * Benefits\*: Transportation Allowance (VT) and Meal Voucher (VR) * Salary: \* R$ 3\.500,00 * Working Hours: \* Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
