Imediatta RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources solutions to diverse organizations. **Responsibilities:** Issuing and verifying fiscal invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, and MDF-e). Verifying orders, contracts, and commercial terms prior to billing. Verifying applicable taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS). Daily and monthly billing control, as well as period closing. Correcting fiscal inconsistencies, canceling and substituting fiscal invoices. Coordinating with commercial, financial, and logistics departments. Entering, verifying, and updating data in ERP systems. Planning and monitoring deliveries and pickups. Hiring transportation services, defining freight rates and deadlines. Monitoring logistics KPIs (lead time, cost, and service level). Communicating with carriers and suppliers. Optimizing routes and reducing logistics costs. Verifying correct application of tax legislation. Analyzing CFOP, CST, NCM, and tax rates. Previous experience as Revenue Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Financial Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
