Calculate variable compensation (commissions, targets, bonuses). Process and consolidate sales and HR databases. Create and maintain reports and dashboards. Support productivity and results analysis. Previous experience as a Data Analysis Assistant, Data Science Intern, Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, or Information Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
