If resolution cannot be achieved at Tier 1, the request may be escalated to Tier 2, which provides either remote or on-site user support. * Occasionally, for incidents affecting multiple users or requiring more specialized intervention, the request may be escalated to Tier 3, managed by specialized IT service and infrastructure teams. * To better serve TRE-GO users and in the interest of the CONTRACTOR, remote or on-site user support staff may receive training on systems developed by the CONTRACTOR to provide more appropriate support. * Design, operate, administer, and maintain the full suite of solutions, tools, and software comprising the CONTRACTOR’s service and application support layer; * Handle incidents, problems, service requests, and changes related to the CONTRACTOR’s service and application support layer; * Perform configurations, modifications, and optimizations within the CONTRACTOR’s service and application support environment; * Perform code-level interventions in system architectures (backend) and user interfaces (frontend); * Execute periodic routines; record, document, guide, clarify doubts, and perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of user requests and incidents, including corrective actions; * Maintain the environment up-to-date, adhering to change management guidelines; * Provide on-site support during TRE-GO Plenary Court Sessions for systems used in these events, such as PJE, Videoconferencing, etc.; * Develop and keep updated documentation covering the entire scope of responsibilities. **> NOTE:** CONSULT THE RECRUITER FOR ADDITIONAL TASKS!
