Level 1 involves remote user support via the service channels established in this TR. If resolution cannot be achieved at Level 1, the request may be escalated to Level 2, which includes either remote or on-site user support. * Occasionally, for incidents affecting multiple users or requiring more specialized intervention, the request may be escalated to Level 3, which is the responsibility of specialized IT services and infrastructure teams. * To improve support for TRE-GO users, and in the interest of the CONTRACTOR, the remote or on-site user support team may receive training on systems developed by the CONTRACTOR to deliver more appropriate support. * Design, operate, administer, and maintain the set of solutions, tools, and software comprising the contractor’s service and application support layer; * Handle incidents, problems, service requests, and changes related to the contractor’s service and application support layer; * Perform configurations, modifications, and optimizations within the contractor’s service and application support environment; * Perform code interventions in system backend structures and user interface (frontend); * Execute periodic routines; record, document, guide, clarify doubts, and perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of user requests and incidents, including corrective actions; * Maintain the environment up-to-date according to change management guidelines; * Provide on-site support during TRE-GO Plenary Court Sessions for systems used in these events, such as PJE, Videoconferencing, etc.; * Develop and keep updated documentation for the entire environment under their responsibility. **> NOTE:** CONSULT THE RECRUITER FOR ADDITIONAL TASKS!
