We are seeking an IT Coordinator - Data and Automation, responsible for coordinating Business Intelligence (BI), Automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategies, ensuring corporate data governance and quality. You will lead data projects, application development, system integrations, process automation, and AI initiatives, supporting strategic decision-making and promoting organizational innovation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing multidisciplinary teams composed of BI analysts, developers, data specialists, and AI experts. * Aligning data initiatives with the corporate strategies of Group companies. * Directing and managing teams responsible for automation, BPM, RPA, and integrations. * Supervising data modeling and architecture to meet BI and AI requirements. * Coordinating the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and strategic KPIs for business areas. * Leading the implementation of Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. * Exploring AI and Data Science trends to optimize operations and enhance customer experience. * Promoting awareness and training on AI models across the organization. * Negotiating and managing technology vendors and partners. 2512180202551872941
