Job Summary: The Teacher Training Program - Trainee offers a challenging educational experience to high school or technical education graduates from SESI/SENAI Goiás who are enrolled in undergraduate studies, aiming to develop technical and behavioral competencies in teaching. Support in the development and implementation of pedagogical proposals The **Teacher Training Program \- Trainee Modality** is a professional initiation project designed for high school graduates or technical course graduates from **SESI/SENAI Goiás** schools who are currently enrolled in undergraduate degree programs (Bachelor's or Licentiate) and wish to enhance their qualifications through educational experience. In this program, Trainees have the opportunity to participate in a personalized program, experiencing challenging professional teaching practices and developing technical and behavioral competencies required for the role. The Assistant Teacher \- Trainee will directly supervise educational practices and evaluate ongoing activities, providing support to leadership and teachers to build and implement strategies for continuous improvement of teaching and learning, aligned with current educational trends and innovative solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the collective development of the pedagogical proposal, disseminating it upon approval to interested parties. * Participate in actions involved in developing the school plan. * Contribute to implementing the pedagogical proposal and planning, evaluating results and proposing adjustments when necessary. * Assist leadership in coordinating the development of teachers' lesson plans, approving them upon completion. * Support the execution of lesson plans by providing teachers with guidance on applying the pedagogical foundations guiding SESI and SENAI-GO's educational activities. * Motivate students and spark their interest in industrial topics, demonstrating and highlighting the sector's importance for the economy, state, employment, and society at large. * Assist in educational activities such as lectures, events, seminars, graduation ceremonies, flag-raising and lowering ceremonies, together with teachers, students, and parents. * Participate in the student onboarding process for courses offered by the school. * Support teachers in recording academic data in administrative systems, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
