Performance Evaluation in partnership with Commercial Management **Location: University Sector \- Employees' Sector \- Ipiranga Neighborhood** **Requirements:** * Experience in People Management, Recruitment and Selection, and Training; * Process and Procedure Mapping; * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or HR; * Own vehicle is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Attract, recruit, select, and train; * Conduct process and procedure mapping; * Draft job descriptions and compile the manual; * Conduct performance evaluations jointly with Commercial Management. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **CLT Salary:** R$3\.500\+ 600 (Meal Allowance and Transportation Allowance) **Benefits Offered:** Bonus based on wholesale and retail sales, and snacks
