Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant to handle the full cycle of tax receipt and accounting, responsible for technical verification of invoices, tax validation, and essential support in daily closing. Essential support in daily closing and tax calculation. **We seek a Tax Assistant to handle the full cycle of tax receipt and accounting. The professional will be responsible for technical verification of invoices (materials and services), tax validation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS), and essential support in daily closing. Proficiency in ERP systems, completed or ongoing higher education or technical degree in related fields, and prior experience in similar activities are required.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission within the group will be:** * Receive, verify, and classify incoming (materials and services) and outgoing invoices, checking values, taxes, and supporting documents; * Validate calculations, operation types (CFOP), tax substitution, and tax and fee collection guides; * Perform daily tax calculation for fiscal closing, process return invoices, and reconcile data with procurement, billing, cost, and treasury departments; * Maintain organized records, issue check requisitions, and uphold quality standards (e.g., the 5S program); **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * Completed or ongoing higher education or technical degree in Accounting (preferred), Administration, or Law; * Prior experience in billing or tax reception routines; * Ability to operate integrated management software (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Senior, or other accounting systems); * Basic knowledge of taxes such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ISS; * Understanding of withholding taxes at source (IRRF, CSRF); * Intermediate-level proficiency in creating verification spreadsheets and payment reports; #### **Busscar designs and delivers bus bodies to its customers with excellence in design and quality, produced using cutting-edge technology for both domestic and international markets.** #### **After five years of inactivity, in June 2017, the brand (with over 78 years of tradition) and its production assets were acquired by the Caio Induscar Group.** #### **Since resuming production in May 2018, it offers its customers a wide range of products for road transport, charter, and tourism companies.** #### **In 2023, it launched the new NB1 Busscar family, combining imposing presence with robustness—hallmarks of the brand—with aerodynamic lines that also deliver an elegant and bold appearance.** #### **Join a continuously evolving brand that values your workforce!
