Responsibilities * Lead and mentor the software development team * Define architecture and coding standards for projects * Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize requirements * Ensure code quality and on-time delivery against established deadlines * Conduct code reviews and mentoring for junior developers * Actively participate in the development of new features and functionalities Requirements * Experience in technical leadership within software development teams * Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript * Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
